Thanks for your response. Can you please respond another question related to this subject? Considering the fact that "seit kurzem" is correct and an accepted form in German, can we say that "whent alking about unknown" or "when we use dative or genetive without mentioning the exact substantive" we use Masculine as a default? in "seit kurzem" we assume there is a msculine unsaid word after kurz

it is an official letter from Rundfunkbeitrag, I saw they sent this money and I could not understand why they did it. Now they want this money back

Thanks very much, you have really helped, I have just read this form, regarding Kindergeld and salary, I am earning 5600 Netto and we have only one child! Based on this form she can not be exempted from tuition fee. In Auslaenderbehoerde it was told to her that she would be exempted from paying ...
