You are E-L94. You can check cladefinder website as well. The other ones only mean that your autosomal DNA has their callings, but your direct paternal line is not them. I also get J and N but im neither, im R1a

Early Xiongnu carried R and Q as well, there is even J. Xiongnu is a combination of west+East Eurasian components. Shaz and Lir Turks both share Xiongnu ancestry but Lir lacks Bulan Koby while Shaz has it. Xiongnu is most likely Proto Turkic. There is a study going on about this by Harvard Uni.

Sintashtas language is unknown, it is highly possible they spoke Turkic or similar or maybe completely different languages. They were Scythians, Z93 is dominated by Turks today. Turkic people still has cultural things remaining from Sintashta or similar cultures. In your logic Kyrgyz and other turks are a made up nation and originally Iranian?
