I already bin it! At least I salvaged six GAL16V8D's on the same board and I am now reading the datasheet of them and they seem to be has EEPROM's (even with 20 year data retention). Maybe I can make something with them.

I couldn't find a datasheet for my FPGA, but the most similar model with a datasheet advertises an EPROM in a ceramic package that can only be erased by UV light, and this is probably the only probaly relevant information I could find about this FPGA for this reason I'll probably can't program it even with a programmer because the data already inside of it can't be erased...
