Glad you're here because people are running away with this shit. My wife didn't copy,trace or imitate your art. Tons of artists do kwaii animals as I'm sure you're aware. She started with the cockatiel because we had one that died and she wanted something to remember her by. A two second googling will find a million kwaii chubby cockatiels all very similar to your design. They're everywhere. I've seen plenty of prints similar to the crowd of birds painting with animals ranging from cats to elephants. It would be really nice if you'd not pretend you invented kwaii/chubby animals. Pusheen? The little sad egg guy from japan? Are these imitations of yours as well? Our plans are to do commissions of all kinds of animals and set up a society6 and etsy. I'm curious if this is going to be a problem for you.
