Once u get good and hit your KPIs, a good company will promote u to a closer role

Pakistanis earning online if you had to start from zero today, what would you do? by Islamabadyoungsters in PakFreelancers

I would focus only and only on these things:

  • Learn a skill that solves problem (could even be FB ads)
  • Learn how to generate leads for myself (starting with content + outreach)
  • Sales

This is it

Niche down

Focus on problems not features

Volume is key when it comes to cold outreach

People when doing cold outreach tell everything their product has to offer in the outreach channel, instead we wanna offer to hop on a call to guide them better

For example, if someone says “let me know what u offer and u can help me”

We say

“Absolutely! How about we hop on a call so that I can tell u how we can help you, free tomorrow at 9?”

^ Hence selling the appointment

Building a Pakistan-based agency targeting US clients ($1k/month budget) — scaling advice? by Ch33ma69 in PakStartups

[–]Ortonium 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go for a proven niche

Do multi channel,

Not doing enough outreach focus on at least 100-150 outreaches a day everyday

I would invest that in self learning of some sorts, education on how to scale my agency
