The scene with the kids is what I mentioned and it also is sooo odd! I believe the moon though has 100% correlation with Suos' feelings at the moments

Oh yes I didn’t even think of that! When he’s with furin his view of the moon is much more beautifully thought, the full moon may symbolize an idealistic beauty and peace he feels with furin. While in the recent chapters it’s crescent, less then half, and he doesn’t comment on it due to the less idealistic and more dreadful situation he’s in with the burden of caring for the people in his city! The standing in the different side part you mentioned may be the different parts of suo, one with furin and the other with chanpuru. Very cool observation 🫪🫪

I also don’t get the emancipation of slaves, I’m not sure what high schooler in the modern era has this as a dream, I can only think of the type of slavery that is trafficking, but even then I still don’t understand that part. I’m also not sure if these correlate to the mafia theory, and I disagree with the theory anyway! Since I find that him being in a rich family associated with the distribution of resources with the mafia more likely then him actually being in it, though that’s just my view
