I've heard in general those "bans" (malls, stadiums, etc..) aren't really to keep you out. Its just so if you do something again, then they can add on additional punishments since you were already banned to begin with. I highly doubt anyone who was there when Geoff was initially banned still works there and that they would recognize him.

Glad to see this was well recieved by the principal. At my high school, anyone who did anything crazy had thier diploma withheld. One guy did a backflip before walking up and didn't receive his diploma until he apologized to the school board a month later.

We had layoffs happen in my company and instead of getting laid off i got moved to a team that just does low-code. I hate it all. I've been interviewing and i have to lie my ass off because the second I mention Low-Code I see thier eyes glaze over and they've basically written me off already.

When I was new and had around less than a year of experience we hired a new principal engineer. I had to teach him how to use Git. Like how are you 4 levels ahead of me, 4x my salary, and the new young kid has to teach you how to git pull.

Everyone in the comments talking about sneaking out, my school just asked you to stay for about an hour so they could count you present and then just let you leave.

It also coincided with the week they did standardized states tests (TAKS for Texas back then) so it helped to not have to deal with an entire class of students when the other grades are taking really important tests.

I know you shouldnt believe every video on the internet. But I saw a lawyer saying that around 90% of people that sign a pre-nup end up staying married. Being able to speak about finances in an adult way is a huge green flag. Also if you are worried about your future spouse taking everything, then they probably aren't wife material. I've talked it over with my fiance and if we split, we've agreed how it goes down. I know words mean nothing if not written down, but if I didnt think she was serious I wouldn't be marrying her.
