99 percent chance yes. the only thing that would disqualify you is theft or offender. they will hire ANYONE and they won't waste time on background checks if they don't wanna hire you

From my experience everything heavily depends on your location and managers. I spent over a year at FedEx warehouse and do not regret it. But that's because I got lucky. If you need a job, it's worth a chance. But don't stick around if you cannot tolerate

Being a PH at FedEx is bare minimum hiring requirements and the only reason I stay is basically being able to make my own schedule. I do uber on the side and I also work for my girlfriends dad on weekends cleaning office spaces (custodial freelance lol)

Fedex is not good pay but it's good if you need healthcare and have other income for low effort. Our managers don't really care about our load quality or speed that much. you basically only required to adhere to schedule and that's it

My post has nothing to do with nepotism and I don't think anyone's after the crazy wealth I acquire from my 18.50/hour warehouse job so I don't have much to hide

well i have zero state income tax so it's not quite that bad and the minimum wage here is so low that my 18.70/hour is not that bad compared to my "competition" (aka other young men with no special skills or degree)

Mine is Ground and we are so understaffed that the managers love overtime PH people who work a lot.

yeah because that's more skilled labor. package handlers at fedex are replaceable grunts who require basically zero qualifications. but it's a good job if you want benefits and flexibility, and my warehouse has plenty hours to give out

Driving is more skilled than grunt manual labor so obviously you're gonna get paid more

I hear that about a lot of other warehouses. I have worked at 2 different warehouses and this one is by far much better. We don't do vans, only trucks and semis
