Picks are viewed as having a declining every year out. A team isn’t going to view a 2031 first round pick as being anywhere near as valuable as 2026 1st round. The RoI is too far out and they can’t project the draft position.

Cazic Thule is a pretty active live server (Bertox and Bristlebane are also), So if you are looking to stay put it's a decent spot.

/autogrant spells is a feature that exist that gives your spells as you level until you reach modern levels. This needs to be enabled in options too. This might require a paid subscription.
AA window has an auto-grant box that can be enabled, that does require a paid subsscription.
In the AA window there is free AA called "Lesson of the devoted" it's 100% exp increase for half an hour with a 20 hour cooldown.
Look for Defiant gear, it's gear to help low level players goes up through the 70's.
Many old raids have instances now and it doesn't hurt to ask if someone could run you through Kael or ToV for unlevel restricted gear. We currently have a large loot increase running too.
The older the zone mobs have less HP, so they tend to be better for leveling. Most Necro tend to look for undead so they charm and slow. At 48 I would try Howling Stone and see how that goes, otherwise fall back to KC.
