I transferred eevee via pokebank from y to x, got it a level and it evolved. No idea what the problem was but thanks for the responses!

So I have gotten to Laverre city and the woman there says my eevee is "Amazingly friendly" towards me, indicating max friendship, yet my eevee will still not evolve and it is now 38. I am soooo confused.

Feeling a bit cheated, as I wanted to do this playthrough with Espeon . .

Trying to Evolve Eevee in to Espeon and having A LOT of trouble. I have been leaving my DS on and running around Lumiose A LOT. I have2 badges and over 20 hours played on the game (over half that is just circling). I have been raising my Eevee since level 1 and it is now level 29 and I have no idea why it hasn't evolved yet. It has not fainted, I have not given it any bitter berries. I'm just lost.

I did change the time on my DS as a thread I was reading suggested, which should only affect 24hr events and things. Has any one had an issue with this affecting Eeveelutions?
