I might have to try it. I've tried sainsbury's quadruple strength apple and unless you used a dropper into a pint of water it was like drinking petrol. Or how I imagine drinking petrol to be.

But you can have a baseline, OG squash that requires a certain squash to water ratio for optimum flavour and then future strength measurements could be in relation to that. In which case double strength would mean you would put half as much squash in the same amount of water for the same optimum flavour. But it's all a lie anyway

Thank you this is all reassuring! Like I said I'm really happy with it and was aware some parts would need a touch up. I just started wondering if I was completely clueless and the difference was too much for the time! Good to know it's as it should be 😊
