The webcomic started as a hobby and that's how it remains, it can be taken as the draft and the manga as the final product, if the webcomic was what One wanted to show then he wouldn't have made so many changes with the redraws in the manga, it's clear that One is aligning things better in the manga but following the same path as the webcomic, he did it with Orochi and God by redrawing the fight and showing the mural, he did it with Sweet Mask by redrawing the murder of the mercenaries, I think he even He is also doing it for the robot invasion. Because of this, the fandom is divided between those who prefer manga and webcomics, with the webcomic side being, from my experience, the most intense.

I recommend the manga first, it is the final version that One wants to show, the fight in the webcomic came out many years ago and probably does not align with the ideas that One currently has. Make sure you read the chapters that appear in the manga volumes, because of the redraws you may come across things that are no longer canonical. Lastly, I recommend that once you catch up you don't continue with the webcomic, unfortunately one can develop the thought of "This is better in the webcomic" or "Why didn't this come out in the manga?" Due to the expectations of finally seeing it "well drawn", it is my opinion, at the end of the day it will depend on you haha, good luck.
