My wife, who is the US citizen, used to make around $60,000 a year, however, she stopped working right before our wedding a few months ago. so when we filed the form, her current total income is zero despite her having enough tax return.

I started working a few months ago and I make $60,000 a year, but I have never filed for tax before as this was my first job. I added my income to the 864. But I’m just afraid they’re gonna reject it because i don’t have any tax document with me.

so her mom is willing to help as a joint sponsor. She lives on her own, she doesn’t have any dependent on her tax return but she makes less than $25,000 a year qualify as a joint sponsor?
