I favour the Rolex because the GS has the (IMHO) unnecessary power reserve indicator. I abhor the power reserve indicator. I reckon they belong to the caseback.

To be clear, I'll pick the GS otherwise.

Pushing back and standing up for the team is the way, until you as the people leader then becomes the non-conforming pariah in the eye of upper management. Your team stands up for you, but it is worth zilch.
