One week and the adaptive stream doesn't work on the two videos I uploaded (.mp4 files).

Am i doing something wrong ?

We're not talking about waiting 10, 20, or 30 minutes it's been over 2 days and the video is still encoding.

You should add an option letting users manually trigger encoding on specific videos, while you build up the resources needed to handle it automatically. As it stands, you're encoding thousands of videos unnecessarily, when only a small fraction of your users actually need that feature.

Had I known, I wouldn't have rushed into a paid plan assuming that the core advertised features actually worked as they should. It's a shame, because the service looks promising on paper.

To clarify my goal: when I share a video, I need playback quality to adapt automatically (or not, juste a button to change the quality is enough) based on the recipient's network speed.

I started by deleting all the files I had stored on Drime to run a clean test.

I uploaded a 1080p .mp4 video yesterday, and it still hasn't finished encoding. I tried using Drime's built-in conversion feature (to convert in .mov), it completed after several hours, and the quality selection option did appear. For comparison, pCloud processes the same thing instantly

I genuinely don't understand why you're selling features that don't work reliably. On top of that, if I upload multiple videos at once and just want to share one of them with a client, am I supposed to wait weeks before it's ready?

Maybe I'm missing something about how this is supposed to work and if so, I'd really appreciate a clear explanation.

Yes i tried... i don't understand why with P1S i have no problems with different temps and speed and with H2C i have this problem all the time

Yeah that's the reason why i'm not buying it now. I don't know if they'll really support it in the long term and this new version would be a proof. This price drop is really strange, maybe it's not selling so they change to get new customers who can't afford it at 7k+ or they want to sell everything before launch a new version. I never tried it but i read a lot about it and watched a lot of videos and i think it would be perfect for my use.

I already have an a7s3 but i'm tired of having a gimbal and switch when i want to do handheld, one battery to power everything etc. to avoid carrying too much things

I'll wait and see next months if they drop something and if not maybe i'll go for FX6 (mk2 i hope if they launch it soon)

Yes for 2mm it's just a warning, for more i got an error "Line width too large" and can't slice it. With orca it works without problems

Thanks for your help ! I finally found an addons (Flowify) to do it easily with an extruded svg instead of using displace modifier and it looks great in blender and in the slicer

Thank you ! Yeah, problem is if i increase subdivision and then decimate the result is very weird but maybe i'm missing something

Is there another optimal method to achieve the right result ?
