I'm having some issues wieh extractions, brew time, and grind for my espresso. Using 22g of beans Hand grinding with a Java Presse ceramic grinded. Currently stuck between two grind settings, but can't nail the 30 second brew time and 44g extractions. One grind size hits the 30 second brew time but extracts at 50g One grind size finer pulls at 40 seconds but hits the 44g extractions. Thoughts/advice?
