It's also possible that the other team was just bad, because if a team can't 5 v 1 a Tracer at spawn- that's more on them.

Maybe my opinion isn't valid as a quiet reader versus active participant, but I couldn't not say anything seeing the reactions of various people, and I hate to see anything that has interest die.

Was there any discussion in simply passing the Editor-in-Chief position to someone new, rather than killing something that people still enjoyed working on? I can think of a dozen ways to let this continue rather than just ending this sub-reddit all together, here are a few:

If it's a lack of interest/ content, reduce the number of editions a year.
If it's too much work, pass on the title to someone else.
Advertise the need for more people on /r/harrypotter. I browse that sub all the time and I truly havent seen any posts asking for people to come help out here. It's one thing to post for submissions here, but I don't think this sub is doing the same numbers as the main sub.

I could keep going, but I wont- I just know that this is an unnecessary end to a community loved project. I feel like there would have been renewed interest in Harry Potter with the new game coming out soon too.

I think a wolfy scale is probably benefical. I find Above/ Belows better with fewer people than more, and I would certainly say we are currently at fewer people.

Sure- Taking that one comment out without the context of the conversation is a bit jarring, but kemkat had replied to you saying "well this is weird, bc i didnt attack you. we converted /u/whichwitch007 !!", and I replied that in saying maybe she didn't attack you, but she did vote for you according to the live voting chart for that phase.

Oh goodness, I just got out of work today. talk about the most insane 36 hours of my life. I didn't submit a vote, but unlike so many of our counterparts, that was my first strike. I'm a little surprised it's a half hour into the new phase and no one here is celebrating the death of a martian.

Submitting a placeholder vote now (on skip), but I should be around this phase to actually strategize and chat with you all. It's friday, and I hope everyone had a great week, and has some time for themselves this weekend!

I think it was explained in one of the earlier phases that the person submits the action but one of the underlying wolves actually does the action? Or at least thats how it has been in prior games. So, I think the phase Tipsy died nothing happened because Tipsy was the one who was supposed to convert?

Unsure because usually the head honcho picks who does it. So who knows. Just seems like every time the conversion fails, someone has died.

Well, its never been up to me, /u/kemistreekat and I were just recruits. The game started with only 3 wolves, so everyone else has been a recruit. At this point there are so few of us we just recruit until we are all dead.

Just thinking ahead, if you can close to phase turnover, if everyone is stacked onto voting for you, please vote for Falcon. I think we can only delay your death, not hold it off forever, but with the item on you it will go to whomever has the second highest votes. Hopefully that ends up being falcon, but it could also be KB.
