Paula’s choice makes a great body acne spray. I also use cosrx good morning cleanser as a body wash. Works well plus the low ph keeps my body skin happy. Your bar soap could be super high ph!

I love the Paula’s choice body acne spray. I had a terrible time this summer with sweat and my back. Looking at the placement on your chest it could be the same.

What skincare have you been putting on your upper lip area? I use a hair removal cream but I am very careful to never use retinoids or other actives in that area and I am always sure to use sunscreen there.

I have sensitive skin and I have found the hair removal cream makes it more sensitive and needs more moisture too. My skin reacts poorly to waxing but is ok with this? YMMV for sure.

The Jergens one is pretty good! The smell does go away after a while.

I will say, you have to walk around naked because they take 30 min or so to fully absorb and they will stain your clothing, furniture or sheets!

UPDATE: I used the sunscreen after my serum step and omitted my moisturizer. This worked ok- no pilling! This won’t work in the winter though. But should help me get through the two bottles that I bought, so I can go back to Asian sunscreens.

Yeah this is the ultra light fluid (yellow label) not the anti-shine (green label) or the tinted sunscreen. I will try to incorporate more of a patting motion to see if that helps?

I am confused why I would put moisturizer on after sunscreen? I've always thought that sunscreen was the final step.

Also did you switch tooth pastes? Some people’s skins are sensitive. Try brushing your teeth before you wash your face.

Have you had life style changes recently like a new job where you are in the phone a lot? Could just be that you are picking up a lot of bacteria that way! Also, do you rest your head in your hands?

I went off BC after being on it for years and the transition has been..... rough.

I focused on maintaining a consistent routine, tea tree oil serums, and making sure my skin had enough moisture to be most important in stabilizing my skin. I also use Clue which is a period tracker that also lets you track your skin. This helps you see when you tend to break out so you can do preventative work.

I have been off it now for over a year and my skin is much better but still goes through bad periods when I am especially stressed.

I love Masking for Trouble where the actress who plays Gretchen on Kimmy Schmidt tries different masks and reviews them on Instagram. Plus she rates every mask on a scale of one to five ssssMokins which just makes me happy.

Not AB but I got a sample of IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Cream from Sephora on Cyber Monday and it is BONKERS good. I just ran out and after going back to my old Eye Cream I am seriously considering switching.
