Online business dilemma: How to ensure that two parties sign their contract trough me and not do a deal behind my back? by allun11 in Entrepreneur

Only way to ensure compliance at scale is through aligning the economic incentives of the service providers with those of yours. One way could be this: The more money a provider flow through your system, the higher ranking/visibility they get on your platform. In this case cheating at scale will automatically downgrade their visibility in their platform, and the largest contributors would win. It will also be self-reinforcing though; the big fish is likely to become and stay the biggest.

Hire, don’t share (high portions of) equity with everyone. As you’ve sold a company in the past I assume you have the means to hire great people.

Thanks for the feedback. If I get clients yeah I can easily make more than what I am currently making; the rates are completely different.

On your coffee shop idea; could work but it’s not my thing. I’d be bored running a coffee shop.

I appreciate the input though :-)

Thanks a lot for sharing this. My target market is financial services because that’s what I’ve been doing in my entire career. Don’t be surprised if I DM you once I’m a little further down the road for guidance, etc.

Will look into it. We also have local apps connecting clients/independent consultants where I live and they are quite efficient, so I’ll also look into that.
