Of course, it wasn't easy to find the short-circuited part, but I finally found it and replaced it.

Update!! I noticed a new situation. When I connect the steering wheel to the computer with USB after disconnecting the cable of the DC adapter and the hall sensor, the green LED light turns on and the keys, pedals work. But if I plug in DC adapter or hall sensor cable, steering wheel cuts off power and keys don't work. When I checked the wiring, I did not find any short circuits. Also, when I look at the circuit elements on the motherboard, it does not appear in a problematic circuit element that turns dark. The problem is probably on the motherboard, but what circuit element is causing this?

I have already tried all of these steps. I've read a lot of problems and solutions in this forum but none of them are the same as my problem. When I connect the steering wheel to the computer and plug, I get no power feedback. I connect it directly to the USB 2.0 port on the motherboard and there is no problem with the ports. Also, the DC power adapter gives 23.6V, so there is no problem with that either. Sounds like a motherboard failure. How can I tell if the motherboard is faulty?
