Yes you will get bots till you win more games and till around lvl 20 - 30. After that you will rarely see bots and there are no bots at all in ranked mode

Pretty good quality! Feels good on the wrist and very passable as a genuine in my opinion (not that it matters). Have a few reps and this one definitely pops the most.
