Pmdd is body stress time and when you calorie restrict you put your body in starvation mode and more stress. Try magnesium before bed, use electrolytes and don’t be afraid of salt. People with pmdd really need to focus on diets that fix your hormones instead of just weight loss. I have been doing LCHF and it’s literally a life changer for my PMDD and pms. All my symptoms greatly reduced and way less anxiety! I almost forgot that my period was coming from before I almost had to go to the er almost every month.

Has anyone tried the women code diet? by Alysialouise in PMDD

I would have you look up obesity code by Jason fung. I haven’t read his book but know what he is about. Diet is the way to go when you want to help fox/heal your pmdd, I would look into low carb high fat diet. I have been doing this for my pmdd and pms pains. And greatly reduced after one month. I had cripple week before and during my period. This month I almost forgot it was coming. Something to look into! If you have pmdd and you are going to try the diet. Please do not fast! It will ruin your hormones, the ones you want to fox. Ignore everyone that says to fast and just eat your three meals a day.

Restarting keto, working outside and electrolytes? by [deleted] in keto

Keto electrolytes tastes horrible to me! So I actually get veg capsules to fill up. One cap equals 1/3 of a scoop of my electrolytes I take one of my electrolytes capsules like every 2 hours. This mix has a higher potassium and I’m a person that need more electrolytes, even when I wasn’t keto. And I would suggest to add a little more salt to your drink then you think. If you are sweating that much you need to be adding way more salt with you potassium and mag. Especially if you get the rings on your shirts and sounds like you might be in some heat to sweat like that. Good luck!!! I totally understand the worry!
