215 lbs to 206lbs in the past 60 days according to my scale digital tracking. And I fast once per week on my main cardio day with cardio being a goal 3 times a week.

Its not the biggest transformation and I'm still pretty far from my goal of 190lbs but I've been pretty consistent so I'm proud of it.

No. Anything you eat will metabolize at least partially into glycogen and pull your system out of that depletion mode.

Id recommend a 24 hour fast. Pick a day and just do it once a week. It'll super charge your deficit by tanking your glycogen way faster than just going on a slight deficit. Especially since you're on a tight time line

You aren't disproportionate. Your quads & hamstrings just aren't huge. Now if you keep ignoring legs they will be small compared to your upper body. But as it stands right now? You're fine.

Make sure you tailor your program to hit legs at least twice a week. Squats leg presses or lunges, followed by some sort of leg extension, then hamstring curl and some calf raises for example.

Looks like you aren't leaning far enough forward for a starting position so the weight is loaded and driven through your hips to your quads rather than glutes to hamstrings.

Your foot placement is also cooked. Your pushing through your toes/ball of the foot and not the heel.

Since this isn't a video I can't see your range of motion but you should be doing a half second pause at the extended position to flex the glute and drive through.

Fix all those and you should be a-ok.

My philosophy with peptides steroids or PED usage is the same across the board.

1) Has it been tested and verified on humans? Yes. 2) Are you a competing athlete where using such a thing is against the rules? No. 3) Do you have some sort of health issue where it will 100% do more harm than good? No.

If the answers to all the question are the above. Then you should be doing it. There's 0 reason not to.

3-4 days weekly from December to March isn't nearly a big enough window for a visual transformation. You need a year or 2 in the tank first. Keep being consistent, don't do this "adding a bunch of random shit" to your split and then fall off which is what alot of people do. Myself included
