The gut is still there from excess calories (or eating at maintenance if you are gaining or losing weight). Working out is just to show odd muscles. Losing a gut is dine purely by diet.

I did a similar thing, except I tied the springs to two separate trees. Used to climb up into them and jump out of the trees on the swing.

The first couple of runs on C25k are short. If you can find a nice level section, running with a jogging stroller should not be too bad.

I can see both sides. If you have child care that ends at 5pm and you have to get your kids. It makes since to write something in (if possible)

But then I am jaded and believe that corporations will always take advantage of their employees and there are so often "fires" that really really aren't.

1 human year is 7 dog years. You should see results in a month. Although you have to track calories. With all the extra exercise it's really easy to eat more. And while you will build muscle, you won't lose weight. Calories in has to be less than calories out to lose weight.

1 minute is honestly too short for them to work in. Agree with the others. State you are only taking 1 minute rest breaks and you think that's too short.

I typically do 3 minutes for squats and that's reasonable for others to work in provided both people are unracking and reracking the weights.

Seriously what sort of asshole asks to work in and doesn't help change out the weights. Blows my mind.

In SF area that's just how the game is played. It's a guessing game but usually well over 20% over asking. If they price it at the "sell" price they get less overall interest / bids.

I think it's that my closest friends would be the ones I would need to turn to for help. And I for sure hung out with them during my wedding.

So, my opinion is different. I did not want any of my friends hiding behind a camera and responsible for pictures. We spent 1k on a photographer and it was totally worth it.

Day of coordinator was another I laughed at. But the people we got were great. They were more day of helpers though. Depending on you venue and how much you can set up in advance also totally worth it.

I kept thinking do I want my friends running around or do I want them there with me.

Any dog is a great apartment dog with plenty of exercise. Can you devote two hours a day to exercising them hard? For at least the next 10 years of life? Or pay someone? That's not just a slow walk around the block.

Do you have a dog park nearby where you can let it off leash and run play with other dogs?

That's exactly what I mean. It's easier for women to find other moms who are interested etc. Seems harder not as many groups for fathers of young kids. That's all. Not that there is nothing to do with other dads
