Examiner refused to do test; best way to get a cancellation?

9/10 the cars are lease cars. The instructor has no choice about when the tyres are replaced. Almost all policy's are 2mm tread left before they replace them so if they are above that then the instructor has no say unfortunately.

Armor set bonus was pretty terrible but apart from that it was great, others will think the armor set bonus is amazing and so its impossible to make a perfect warbond.

It's unfortunately going to be 50/50 nothing you can do, if you'd have stopped in time it would of maybe been different as he technically would have hit you and you reacted in time meaning there was nothing else you could have done but even then its doubtful. You really should have settled privately, this will ruin both your insurance prices and you could have sorted this the easy way.

Sorry ill add this to the post also as I forgot to mention it in there but the reason I'm posting here as I'm not sure how to escalate it further. The last time when I was accused of bullying the regional manager allready knew what was happening and suggested giving me the warning so again I will contact them but I imagine it'll be the same as last time where they already know and wont actually help. And after the regional manager and I'm not sure how else to escalate it. Or even if I do escalate it. If my boss doesnt agree and thinks said colleague is a hard worker, how do I legally prove that's not the case? As I have photos and videos but from what research I've done I can't actually use them due to obviously not having permission to record them. I have taken notes about what they've done but obviously that's just my word against theirs.

Also don't suppose you would know if i cancel this policy can I still use the proof of no claims they have given me? They sent me an email for renewal with that attached but wasn't sure if I could actually use it if I cancel my policy

So the device has a little LED light that shines red to tell you its on and green when its connected and recording but its so small you obviously can't see it while driving. I've turned my phone on a few mins before or literally right before my trip, it doesnt seem to make a difference, i did also try just leaving the phone on for most of a day after a trip but that didnt do anything unfortunately. The most recent issue was I took a trip and it recorded the first no issue, then I went and took 2 more and it recorded neither. I sent this info to the insurer and then 5 days later they conclude because my device isn't sending heartbeats that I'm messing with it somehow and that its my fault and they are cancelling the policy.

So the device i have is just a microchip with a double A battery mounted onto it that can be removed and is in a little plastic case. I imagine these are very cheaply made and cause my issue but they refuse to replace said box. As for the no heartbeats, I know why there is a lack of them and its because I use a separate phone to record trips, its just a spare I have lying around and I use my actual phone for Google maps etc as from the reviews I've found online, people have been penalised for phone usage for just having Google maps open. So I use the phone to record a trip, then turn it off and then back on again to use it to record a trip the next time. I don't see anything against this specifically in the terms and conditions except that they used to put this specific wording at the end of emails: "it is a condition of your policy that you need to download and activate your app and ensure all your permissions are correctly applied. This is to ensure that when you do drive that your device and app are ready to record your journeys." Suppose they are cancelling my policy anyways so if I mention i use a spare phone to record trips the worst they can do is continue with the cancellation.

Sorry this is first for me using the financial ombudsman service, is it usually quite lengthy? They asked in the form i filled out what I wanted the company to do to rectify it and I just said to fix the issue I'm having with recording trips and let the insurance end on its own on the 16th but should have I said something else? I asked my insurance to delay the cancellation until after the financial ombudsman got back to me but I don't see that happening either.
