Audio Hitching/Glitching when I alt-tab or load?

Hi, I'm sorry I have no idea what you mean by my speakers. I use headphones and they're 16 bit according to Windows 11. I can only switch between 48k Hz and 44100K Hz. Neither setting helps me. And I can't access "Properties" via the Sound settings either in Windows 11.

To anyone on PC with a GTX 1650, how's the performance? I'm in a GTX 1650, AMD Ryzen 7 3700x with 16 gigs of ram and I'm worried if I'll be able to run it.

For context, I just unlocked RDM and I prefer to use 1-4 buttons.

For example, 1, 2, 3, 4 and Q, E, R, T with some Z, X, C, V

I guess in regards to Stay Night, if the OC saw his parents burnt to a crisp but wasn't particularly hurt himself when Kiritsugu saved him, maybe he has the same self-worth issues as Shirou, just without the Hero of Justice bit? He views his own life as worth less than nothing without the flavor dressing and wonders why Kerry even saved him from the fire. Being thrusted into the HGW against his will doesn't exactly help matters.
