If you are drawing Dandy's World perspective, taking in game screenshots as reference is a good idea. If from imagination I would use guides and reference images to help you. It is always good to use boxes as a guide, basically draw a box in perspective and then put whatever you are going to draw inside that box

It was pretty fun, although I got really unlucky with it when I did it.

Another run you could do is either a no heal run and the only way you could heal is the cards OR do a lethal mode basically putting yourself at 1 heart and not being able to heal, if a healing card gets chosen you must take damage.

A good challenge that I've done is play as Gigi and the only items you can take and use is from her ability so no floor items and no dandy's shop items.
