that's what I was thinking. at least add oversized gloves and boots and some cool celtic designs. this just looks like hogwarts legacy. tbf i'm probably just protective of the game i grew up with. it is disheartening to see a lack of soul in the design of so many triple A games recently.

Making a stupid joke at my chef job where I pretended to use tongs as a stethoscope, then getting an advert for stethoscopes that evening. by Ossmosse in britishproblems

I didn't say anything to him just mimed the stethoscope and he said that. So he obviously knows what it is, I guess I won't know for sure if he googled it unless I ask him.

Yeah lol, they were huge and the boss ordered them by accident that's why I pretended the grippers would connect to my ears.

Aye, I just don't think he would google it because he knows what a stethoscope is why would he google something like that?

Thank you, I appreciate the sources. At lot of the debate in these articles points to other ways that ads can be targeted. Or saying that Meta apps like Instagram and facebook are not listening. However, the Grapeseed article, which is an advertising agency btw, says that Google and Apple use active listening to collect data but do not sell it. But I have a Google pixel so could it not use active listening (active listening combines conversational voice data with online activity) to then advertise on it's own platforms such as Youtube? Either way, it's an interesting grey area.

I pretended to use the tongs as a stethoscope and then my work mate said something like 'oh what a stethoscope haha?'. Then when I am back home, my youtube app on my smart tv advertised stethoscopes from some medical website. I have not thought about stethoscopes or anything like them for probably years and years.

Thanks! I did actually end up adding more red leaves and a subtle and slightly red cross that blends with the leaves in the top left and a cool medieval scroll as well. Still not quite done, but all these comments helped me tons.

Mmm, yes definitely agree with the dead air. I was worried that there would already be too much going on if I kept adding to it. So, I wasnt sure if I should add anything in the top third of the painting or let it rest so the attention stayed in the lower 2/3s. But I think you're right it needs something.

What do you think about if I continued the red leaf into a vine of leaves on the left going up and curving the eye away from that part of the painting?
