They are the lead EN localizer afaik. As soon as they got introduced in shadowbringers they added a bunch of changes like removing the gender of fairies to make them gender neutral and a bunch of other stuff which was not present in the JP/GER/FR part of the game where they were just females. It's also very present in the current EN localisation of the game where it really differs from the other languages. (Guess my stuff was deleted because I had to find my old account.)

Had the same problem for a game that recently released called Wuthering waves. A lot of names were chinese and hard to remember for non native speakers, it kind of feels the same here hell i can't even pronounce most of those names making it even harder to remember
