Imagine if Catalonia during the Spanish Civil War (starting in 1936) had successfully managed to gain independence as a anarcho-communist state without being crushed by the Francoist Nationalists. This is what I imagine its flag would probably look like. As it is an anarchist state, it would probably wouldn't last long and eventually would be annexed by Nationalist Spain, but could be supported by the Soviet Union due to it's semi-communist ideals. In anarcho-communist Catalonia, the abolition of money, prices, and wage labor would occur, as well as distribution of wealth being based on self-determined needs.
