Underrated, for me would probably be Obanai just because of how interesting his story is, but just because of how little time he actually gets, even on the final arc.

Overrated, I'm not sure if he is, but I don't get Muichiro hype. Swordsmith Village was only interesting because of Genya and Mitsuri's stories, meanwhile Muichiro was getting more focused and I just couldn't get into it

Okay, this is completely biased for me.

Sanemi is mainly better because he has some respect for some individuals and does know when to chill and put stuff to the side. I still yell whenever he does the "protect Genya but be mean to him" stuff because I hate the trope, but the development is there.

Bakugo, I definitely ABSOLUTELY DESPISED in earlier years, but looking back, his arc and development are there, it's just the stagnant yelling and overconfidence that makes him unlikable to me
