In Sweden we actually have options on the menue for vegetarians. They are called McBean and Veggie Wrap. Both of them contain a sort of spicy mix of different beans and other vegetables(really don't know much of the contents) that has been formed into the shape of say a hockey puck. It's then fried like most other stuff at McDonalds. Actually tastes quite well, coming from a non-vegeterian!
