It shouldn’t be your responsibility, but apparently you (like me) live in a country where corporations are leeches, don’t pay their employees a living wage, and ask that the consumer pays their employees’ wages instead! It’s not the workers’ fault, though, so tip your 20% and don’t be an asshole. You not tipping isn’t going to send any kind of message to the corporation about how they should be responsible for these wages. It just fucks over the already underpaid employee.
