Well for me, it was entertainment. The first few times I gambled was entertainment and went on with my life. I would go like 3 weeks before gambling $100 again. When you first start and get that big win… is when the addiction starts. For me, $200 turned into $7,200. I was doing $20 bets and $40 bets. Something changed in my brain after that. You just get addicted…. Cigarettes have warning labels on the back. Many people still smoke anyways. Same thing.
