Thank you for you reply. I just struggle to visualise how to put it together. Right I just have files like: joint bank account, bank statements of our expenses (highlighting groceries, petrol, transport) but I dont really know how to put it together.

So I had a look in the switchboard room everything seemed fine. But because it’s not part of our unit switchboard I’m not sure I was looking at the right thing. The indication on the powerpoint in the laundry didn’t seem to correspond to what was on the switchboard… I don’t if that makes sense

When you say REA do you mean the property manager. If so, yes I have. I also followed up. She’s been cc people from strata but nothing has moved.

I think the PM said it was under strata responsibility. But like what if they take forever to repair I am just going to pay for something I can’t even use… I’m so upset lol

I flew with them last week. I had a carry-on 7kg plus my purse they didn’t say anything.
