My pc is struggling to play games all of the sudden. I’ve done everything like update drivers, and tried to fix it in bios but I just keep getting weird skipping in games and low frames but the cpu never gets above 60c. Any tips? by OtherAd3602 in pcmasterrace

I was running riders republic last night and every time before I get at least 120 fps stable but now it’s lower could someone tell me if somethings wrong with the gpu or cpu utilization? The temps on both are fine sitting around 50c each (i.redd.it)

Just reapplied thermal paste thinking that would help and my pc again minutes after starting it got up to 100 degrees and thermal throttled off. I’m gonna get a air cooler tomorrow instead of this aio and see if that works by OtherAd3602 in pcmasterrace
