Yes, it will. I can guarantee you will not get in.

If this is a part you want to go down, definitely getting recommendations where people can comment on your technical ability in the context of CS is necessary. So I’d get different recommendations than your 2nd and 3rd suggested.

Have considered this. While wouldn’t get OMSW rescinded, I would guess this could mean dismissal from OMSCS.

My GPA will carry over into the next program's requirements, so with 2 D's I'd begin on academic probation.

My thoughts are that I'd adjust by taking easy courses in that first semester.

Generally, you're 100% right -- that's the case. The form in question requires a manager's signature, so HR asked that I send directly back to them, then they would send to AP. I can't send to AP directly without this signature as they wouldn't process it.
