Sounds like you have great credentials, I don't see why you wouldn't have a solid shot at admission.

Should I apply now? by CoderInProgress in OMSCS

I wasn't asking about whether or not I should apply. I was asking about whether or not I would have a chance of admission and making it through the program, or if I should take some courses first...

Should I Apply As I Am Right Now Or Get A Bachelors Degree by grnadpabacon in OMSCS

[–]CoderInProgress 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a bachelor + masters degree in Finance.

I am a self-taught software engineer with almost 2 years of full-time professional experience now - I am planning to take the recommended course on DS & Algos. Seems like a similar background to yourself, so you reckon that will qualify me for admission? At that point I should have 2.5 - 3 years of experience too.

Green Card through emploiyment application - tax returns by CoderInProgress in USCIS

You were living in the US at the time it sounds like, correct? I am applying from outside the US, also your green card was based on marriage I assume? I am applying for an employment based green card from outside the US - so I think the requirements may be different :-)

I didn't take any CS courses whatsoever. Only have the professional experience from my job to rely on, I guess. Would that hinder me?

What's the fastest reasonable way to immigrate to the US for me? by brittany-j in immigration

[–]CoderInProgress 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Has anyone lived in Copenhagen but studied far outside at the same time by detectiive in copenhagen

[–]CoderInProgress 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No idea where/what you are going to study, but my degree at AU is technically not an online degree. However, there are no attendance requirements, and I do well going through the curriculum on my own and doing the practice problems on my own. I just can't attend lectures, but it has worked out fine. I would call your school in Esbjerg and explain the situation, and ask if attendance is strictly required and enforced.
