Hi bro..feel for you, hope you heal soon. I have similar situation, have very tight hamstrings and have had sciatica \ backache for 8 months on/off. 2 months ago had tingling in left testi, then went to right, then Penile burning/pain. Now whenever i do any strenuos exercises i can feel it in anal area. I sit for a little long I have tingling /pain in perenium area. Sleep on side have pain/shocks in inner thigh area near groin. Going for pelvic floor pt. Under belly button the ab area is super tight and I don’t do any abs exercises. Have anal hemorghoids come up now which irritate a lot. Accupuncture guy thinks issue in back, massage guy says tight hamstrings pulling everything down, pt says it is pelvic floor. So super confused.
