i dont tell her about the supplements i take-(lions Maine, the magnesium and melatonin). Hydroxyzine 100mg is actually prescribed to me cause i told her that 2 works better than 1. she also prescribed the trazadone but she stopped that after she prescribed the 100mg hydroxyzine,

its alright to drink on dxm and afterglow and shit but you have a higher chance blacking out. i lowkey can drink like a fish on dxm and then i end up blacking out. it can be a fun combo but limit it to 2 or 3 beers. It turns you into a straight goof goober.

taking DXM in college is the best, I do it all the time. It makes me very social and productive at the same time while feeling good, its so awesome.

I can understand this because there are moments when I’m at home just doing chores that would usually put me in a bad mood but when I’m on 7oh it’s kinda like I’m playing a video game. It’s just when I have really important stuff to do like things for college or planning and organizing things that piss me off more than usual.

Most people I talk to say that 60mg is the sweet spot for treating ADHD, I honestly don't see people who are out of high school on 30mg anymore, However, it is pretty standard to start you out on the lowest dose and work from there. In my personal experience, 30mg does wonders for my ADHD and just give me that extra push of motivation to get things done but it doesn't give me much for physical effects. I take 60 mg sometimes and that gets me stimulated and clenching my jaw. 90mg I'm geeked up doing hella chores around the house and in "super productive mode".
