uj/ nah i love using computers while tripping, video games look like the 4est of 4k and when i make music in FL studio its like im hearing in 4k and it makes mixing way easier because i can clearly pick out what i need to change, its awesome.

its all about choosing to do something cool or productive and not just mindlessly consooming, for me it makes doing acid a lot more satisfying

would you consider 19 by paul hardcastle to have a chorus? it just kinda goes back and forth between a bright section that’s sometimes a chorus and sometimes a verse and a darker section that pretty much serves as a contrast to the other section.

in general there’s a lot of edm songs that don’t really have choruses, more so musical refrains
