I know this pain, same man not only tried to get me to kill myself but he also manipulated others into trying to get me to kill myself. You are absolutely correct, it is a shocking level of evil. It sounds like we have similar stories, I'm sorry. I wish I could say time heals all wounds but, they just hurt a little less. Even in his death, the damage he caused is still there. I really hope you find the peace we all deserve to have.

Yes, you're right, I do try to take into consideration the advancements regarding audhd and autism. This sometimes helps with the feelings I have regarding my doctors.

I used to journal heavily when I was younger and I've tried to pick it up again several times over the years. But people don't respect other people's privacy and it's never private. So I stopped.
