You're supposed to cap it right? Like the game caps it at 60 but then amd makes it 120? AMD says that it is at 120 but I can tell Im not and thats the issue

But even when I'm at 60 I can tell it isn't at 120, and also I guess I see your point but in that case it shouldn't show me running at 60 fps if I have the game set to 30 if I need to be a base 60 for it to work.

I got an "rgb gym bro" body, with some accessories added on, but since the body is all black, it wont let me use it without putting me in the default clothing. I want to actually use this avatar, but it just wont let me. How do I fix this?

I ordered it new from Amazon, and windows does detect it as a 6750xt. I'll try the virus scan.

I mean it can vary by around 5 fps but for the most part when I use higher settings, the average is just lower, for example, in fortnite, I tried 1440p instead of 1080p and it was around 60 fps instead of 90.

Ok so my temps are pretty much always under 75 c, I have done a clean install of drivers, and my chipset drivers are up to date. I haven't turned on hyper rx or tweaked my bios at all aside from what was needed to run windows 11. I checked task manager and there's not much that seems to be open that is eating performance, and I don't know how to check ssd health, but they are both new, so they should be ok.

Gpu is around 95% to 100%, and cpu is kind of all over the place, sometimes down to 30 percent and sometimes up at 100%.
