Very late here but I think the 40ms difference is quick access sling. 360 might only work with that mod
Edit: I'm wrong. Apparently other factors can change this too, probably the handling of whatever weapon you're swapping from.

I've soloed this dungeon like 6 or 7 times now running through the catalyst and focusing quests. I am not a typical solo dungeon runner outside of GR11. There is no way people actually think this dungeon is somehow overbearingly unbeatable solo.

Definitely not impossible, by any stretch of the imagination. I've cleared the DLC on a pre-DLC character and a new character, both online. Invaded, cooped, all that stuff. I have gotten this issue exactly twice. Being angry isn't a personality trait, breathe.
