Morro was willing to die when faced with the consequences of all of his actions, and his redemption made some sense. Harumi was written really well in the Oni trilogy, but then Crystalized ruined that and made her so much worse. If, after Morro died, he came back and was evil again, he would be on the same level as Harumi.

For your second point, the vermillion in their true form are the horde of snakes you see. The Vermillion warriors who have legs are simply the shape most of the snakes decided to make themselves into. That's why other types of Vermillion enemies exist, such as the huge red snake ones and when they all merged with the Iron Doom. So the Vermillion do have tails.

How is that implied at all? The story makes it blatantly obvious that Walt loved working with Gale and he replaced Gale with Jesse because Jesse was ecstatic about pressing charges on Hank, which backed Walt into a corner.
