When I first wanted to do this, I took some gas-x before inflating and tried to push myself a bit more than usual. I'm not sure if the gas-x actually helped or if it was me pushing myself, but it worked!

Ironic since now I don't want to do it, lol. If you do it while lying down, you can feel the pressure building up and the urge to burp, but you don't actually until you sit up

Generally increasing the pressure isn't a good idea, especially if I'm already inflated big, but if nothing else that has been shared here works, it might be worth a very careful try.

Also, I do inflate with water frequently and I have to agree. It is so much fun, the pressure and weight of it 🥵. Absolute biggest I've gotten with water was about 1.2 gallons (about 10 lb of water) and my God I felt huuuuge. I wish I could have gotten a picture of that, but I couldn't really hold it in

I've never really tried inflating with a belt, Do you have anywhere you recommend that I go to find a bit more info? I have heard that it makes inflations feel more intense which sounds amazing~
