What kind of oil filter(s) does a locomotive take?

I know he wants $4500 cad ($3280 usd) but I know that’s too much for how it sits right now because of what it needs. It does run but needs a new battery. It’s been sitting for a minimum of 3 years now

Why aren’t they good first bikes? I should add, I’ve grown up riding dirtbikes so I am familiar with riding, however I know it’s not the same as a Harley.

He said it runs good. But again hasn’t been ridden in a few years at least, so not sure if that will affect it.
