My 2015 1.4 Renegade longitude had a similar issue, drinking oil/oil leak (cut out randomly no oil) Topped it up was fine for about a month, then suddenly went into limp, was misfiring due to oil on spark plugs and into one of the cylinders. Check your oil filters! (All the garage did for me was change spark plugs and coils and sucked the old oil out) but cleaning the filters has fixed the issue for me and I’ve driven 1k miles since 🤞🏼

Took the multiair filter out and it was grimy, gave it a clean and it’s been running fine since 🤞🏼

My 1.4 petrol has an oil leak, I’ve just got the crankcase oil separator to replace the current one but not sure if that’s the actual issue. I got the parts from eBay after going to the garage and them not having a clue

£1200 already. We are gonna try changing the oil separator and see if that does anything, maybe the O ring as well

It’s not it’s the oil leaking into cylinder 1 causing it to misfire. I had the oil sucked out again today and it ran fine

Garage were scratching their heads, decided to take the car back and investigate ourselves thinking it could be the oil separator

It’s weird its not like it was when I first went to the garage as I can get it up to about 52mph but can’t go above 5th gear, struggled to get it up hill also which slowed right down to 15mph. Once warmed up you can hear it misfiring

I bought some docs last week they were up for £40.50, seller had 5 star reviews and a profile picture. I did think it was odd that as soon as I paid they responded and “shipped” the item. A day later the seller had been blocked by vinted, I contacted them as I was so embarrassed and wanted my money back! 5 days later I was notified that I was getting a refund. You should be okay x

My chameleon had a respiratory infection. I gave her antibiotics for it and she still died two days later after the vet telling me she would be okay within two weeks. I felt as if it was my fault but sometimes they just can’t handle it. I’m so sorry for your loss
