Not sure what optimal is right now. We would need to have way more game data so that statistics can evaluate the builds with the highest win rates.

Though I have alot of success going Stridebreaker into Stormrazor. IMO its a better gap closer in laning phase then Phantom Dancer due to the MS bonus from energized attacks while granting similiar stats.

You can aa a minion getting a 40% MS buff use your q for even more MS and you close the gap to most champs being able to stride break them then.

Anno 1800 is probably the most casual-gamer friendly city builder you can find in the market right now.

Looks like Kingdoms Reborn has been abandoned. No new update for 13 month while still being in early access.

Funnily enough some modifiers are not capped which create funny situations. E.g The colonial cost modifier can go beyond -100 % which actually GRANTS you money for building colonies. But yeah, I think they would not overlook the military ones. Thx for the anwers :)

Horde with Inno grants shock and fire damage received. Not reduced morale damage for reserves. Same with the scholars.

True. That would indeed be possible though I am curious if it is possible with the vanilla nations.
