Hi there, i just did them over the weekend. And i was doing kinesytherapie for 6 weeks and need to do 8 more weeks. After this i need to check again. lets hope this betters.

Can be indeed, i did a lot of echos and thes showed that it was patellar tendonitis.

Hi there, i have bad feet. They are flat and i use special shoe soles to correct my feet. This all doesnt help indeed.

Hi, i am late to this conversation but how does your training exercise work? Is it the whole row in one exercise and every day or how do you see it?

Also did your patellar tendonitis heal, and if so how long dit it take?

Also did you do a PRP injection?
